1.3 This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds, along with the applicable conditions. By purchasing through our website or official channels, you agree to follow the terms described below.

2. Applicability Of Policy

2.1 By using JainVeda’s website or placing an order, you agree to this policy in full. If you do not agree, we kindly request that you refrain from making purchases until you are comfortable with the terms.

2.2 Please note that this policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically to stay informed about any changes.

3. Terms Of Cancellation

3.1 You can cancel your order any time before dispatch by contacting our customer support team or using the cancellation option available in your order details.

3.2 Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival. For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated once the product returns to our warehouse and passes verification.

3.3 Orders that are part of combo packs or promotional offers can only be cancelled as a whole, not in parts.

3.4 Upon confirmation of cancellation, the refund process will be initiated as per the terms stated below.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 We accept return requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. Our goal is to ensure that you always receive products in perfect condition.

4.2 You may raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order in any of the following cases:

     ✦ Product is damaged or leaking

     ✦ Order is missing or incorrect

     ✦ Empty or used product delivered

     ✦ Expired or duplicate item delivered

4.3 Products purchased as part of a combo offer or promotional pack must be returned together. Partial returns from such offers cannot be accepted.

4.4 Returns will not be accepted if:

     ✦ The product is used, opened, or tampered with

     ✦ The original packaging, tags, or labels are missing

     ✦ The product was damaged due to misuse or neglect

     ✦ The return request is raised outside the allowed return window

4.5 To ensure authenticity, please check the package upon delivery. Do not accept shipments that appear tampered with or damaged. Acceptance of such packages voids eligibility for returns or refunds.

4.6 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account details. We do not offer cash refunds.

4.7 For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2–4 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

4.8 The total refund amount will be processed within 15 business days of product verification. If delays occur, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
