1.1. JainVeda (“we”, “us”, or “our”) manages and operates the website and its mobile or tablet applications (collectively referred to as “JainVeda” or “website”), which facilitate the sale of a wide range of skincare and wellness products (“products”) to customers (“you”, “your”, or “user”).

1.2. Our platform is intended for users who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — individuals aged 18 years or older, of sound mind, and not disqualified by any law. Users below 18 may access JainVeda only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.3. This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“policy”), along with our Terms and Conditions and other related policies, outlines the process and guidelines for shipping and delivering products purchased through JainVeda.

1.4. We provide nationwide delivery across India through trusted logistics partners. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, from the moment you place your order to the time your package reaches your doorstep.

2. Applicability of Policy

2.1. By placing an order on JainVeda, you agree to comply with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, we advise you not to transact on the website. This policy may be updated periodically, so please review it whenever you shop with us to stay informed of the current terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery Terms

3.1. We collaborate with professional logistics partners (“delivery partners”) to manage shipping and delivery across India. Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch products within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). An estimated delivery time will be shared at checkout and confirmed via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

3.2. While we strive to deliver across India, certain areas may be marked as “unserviceable” due to logistics constraints. If your pin code falls under an unserviceable zone, you will be notified before placing an order.

3.3. Please ensure that all delivery details — including your full name, address, and contact number — are accurate and complete. JainVeda will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3.4. For added security, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email once your order is out for delivery. Please share this OTP with the delivery agent to confirm receipt.

3.5. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all attempts fail due to unavailability at the provided address, the order may be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. In such cases, applicable delivery charges may be deducted from the refund.

3.6. While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

    ✦ Unforeseen logistical challenges

    ✦ Weather disruptions

    ✦ Political events or strikes

    ✦ Acts of God (natural calamities)

    ✦ Other unavoidable circumstances

3.7. In case of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered contact details. JainVeda will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.

3.8. We take great care in choosing ethical and professional logistics partners. However, JainVeda shall not be held responsible for any misconduct, delay, or negligence on the part of individual delivery personnel or third-party logistics providers.

3.9. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID that allows you to monitor your shipment’s status via our website or the delivery partner’s tracking portal.

3.10. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout and are determined by order value, product weight, and delivery location. These charges are non-refundable except in cases where a verified defective or incorrect item has been delivered.

3.11. Returns of products are handled via our reverse logistics partner, as per our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
